Yoga Flow

Yoga to me is the perfect way to reconnect with your body and your breath. Over the years I have combined my yoga training with my chiropractic training and have created a unique yoga flow that I hope you enjoy.


In this video I will guide you through a slow, yet challenging vinyasa flow. This is a yoga flow you can do first thing in the morning or as an afternoon pick me up. This video is meant for all ages and mobilities. Feel free to modify any of the movements to better fit your body.

For optimal strength and mobility try to do yoga or other videos 3-5x/week.
