Pre Run Warm Up Flow
Getting in a quick running warm up doesn't have to be very time consuming. Warming up can be very important for you bones and muscles, especially if you have been sitting for the couple hours leading up to your run.
There are many different types of exercises that you can do. That's why I came up with a super quick 11 min pre run flow that tries to get your whole body warmed up before your run.
πAll you need for this class is a chair (or couch), kettlebell (dumbbell/weight) and potentially a half foam roller (or a rolled up towel). π
For optimal pre run warm up, try doing this before most of your weekly runs. If you are really short for time, pick pick a few of your favorites and walk for 5 minutes before you start to run.
