3. Patient Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information

3.2 Compliance with Treatment
You agree to follow the treatment plan prescribed by our healthcare professionals and to inform us of any concerns or adverse reactions. You acknowledge that your cooperation is essential for successful treatment outcomes.
3.3 Appointment Attendance
You agree to attend scheduled appointments on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in our cancellation policy.
4. Appointment Policy
4.1 Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our online booking system. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and are not available to other patients during that time.
4.2 Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): May be subject to a cancellation fee
No-shows (failure to attend): Full appointment fee may be charged
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in difficulty scheduling future appointments or termination of the patient-provider relationship.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. You are responsible for full payment of all services at the time of your visit.
5.2 Insurance and Reimbursement
We do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is required in full at the time of service. We will provide you with detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if your plan covers chiropractic care. You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits and submitting claims independently. We cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you for our services.
5.3 Outstanding Balances
Accounts with outstanding balances for more than 60 days may be subject to collection efforts. You will be responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees. Services may be suspended for patients with outstanding balances until the account is brought current.
6. Informed Consent
You acknowledge that you have been informed about the nature of chiropractic care, including potential risks and benefits. You consent to examination, treatment, and diagnostic procedures as recommended by our healthcare professionals. You have the right to refuse any recommended treatment at any time. Specific informed consent forms may be provided for certain procedures.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, chiropractic treatment, like all healthcare, carries some inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
