Low Back Pain Flow
Many people suffer from low back pain at some point in their lives. If you are one of those people, you know that it can be very debilitating.
That's why I created this Low Back Pain Flow, to help you with common muscle imbalances that can contribute to your low back pain.
This video is meant for all ages and mobilities and is geared towards chronic, low grade, reoccurring low back pain. If you are in an acute low back pain flare up, hold off on this video and stay tuned for an acute low back pain flow (coming soon).
In this video I will guide you through exercises, stretches and mobility work to improve common muscle imbalances that often contribute to low back pain. Please modify any of the exercises or movements to better fit your body and do not push through any exercise that causes pain.
There is also education on posture and daily movements that can be effecting your low back.
πAll you need for this class is a yoga mat and maybe a pillow or blanket for the end. π
For best results repeat this video 3-4x/week.
