Acute Low Back Pain Flow
Many people will suffer from acute low back pain at some point in their lives. If you are one of those people, you know that it can be very debilitating.
That's why I created this Acute Low Back Pain Flow, to help you calm your nervous system, relax muscles that have gone into spasm, restore proper alignment and work on integrating your core to ease your acute low back pain.
Please make sure to schedule an appointment with your local chiropractor or physio ASAP. If you have any red flags such as changes in bowel or bladder, numbness/tinging/weakness going down into a leg or severe pain that is preventing sleep seek care right away. If you do not have any red flags this video will be great for you and is meant for all ages and mobilities.
In this video I will guide you through restorative movements, breath work and how best to go about transitional movements. So that you can get through your day with less discomfort. Please modify any of the exercises or movements to better fit your body and do not push through any exercise that causes pain.
πAll you need for this class is a yoga mat, a foam roller and a rolled up towel. π
For best results repeat this flow 3-5 times per day until you back returns to normal.
When you feel like you are out of the acute phase and are able to move about your day with ease, make sure you start doing the low back pain flow several days a week. https://youtu.be/srqFaTmF_cI
