Prenatal Band Flow
There are so many benefits to strength training during your pregnancy and you don’t need a lot of fancy equipment to get a good workout in! All we use is an exercise band in this strength flow to keep you staying active and strong during your pregnancy, so you can continue to move and feel good in your body!
This video is a home prenatal strength training video. I’m currently in my 3rd trimester, so it can be done during any trimester. Just make sure to listen to your body and modify accordingly.
👉 For this class all you will need a long resistance band and a circular resistance band. If you don’t have a circular band, you can take the long band and tie it in a circle.
Depending on your current fitness level and how far along, try to strength train 2-3 times per week optimal benefits.
