Prenatal Mobility Flow

It is very important to stay active and mobile during your entire pregnancy. This will allow you to continue to move throughout your day with balance and ease!


This video will take you through a whole body mobility flow that will leave you feeling more open and balanced.

This video can be for anyone and any stage of pregnancy or postpartum. I’m currently in my very late 3rd trimester, but it can be done during any trimester. Please make sure to listen to your body and modify accordingly.

👉 For this class you might want a rolled up towel, a dowel (hiking pole or broom stick) and access to a chair or couch.

Depending on your current mobility and goals, you might want to do this video 3-4 times per week for optimal benefits.
