Brain Based Movement Flow For Babies

Babies are learning every movement and thought pattern from scratch. We want to help optimize these pathways and their nervous system so they can function at their fullest potential!

The first movement flow for babIes!!! We know that movement stimulates the brain and if there are imbalances in our movement patterns there are imbalances in our brain patterning!

We want to optimize babies brain development and movement patterns from the very beginning of life. This will build a very strong and stable nervous system foundation that they will have for the rest of their life. And will help support them as they learn more advanced movement, education and emotional processing.

This video will take baby through key movement patterns during the first 0-6 months of life. We work one eye tracking, neck range of motion, low back range of motion, lateralization, rolling and tummy time!! All very important foundational brain exercises.

This video is meant for babies around 0-6 months but can definitely benefit older babies as well! You want to make this brain based movement flow fun for both you and your baby.

Please modify any exercises toe best suit your baby. And if they have troubles doing any of them, it might be a good sign to take your baby to a chiropractor (or another pediatric skilled body worker).

👉 For this class you will want a high contrast picture and a rattling toy.

Depending on your baby's current ability and attention span you might need to break this video up into smaller chunks or do more/less reps. And a good goal is to try to do a couple of these exercises most days of the week for optimal benefits.
